With over 20 years of hands-on experience as a Creative Director and Art Director, I have a proven track record of elevating brands and leading cross-functional creative teams in fast-paced environments. While my career spans diverse industries and clients across B2C and B2B campaigns, I've consistently delivered smart, impactful creative work that solves complex business challenges, resonates with target audiences, and exceeds business goals.

Achievements:

Led creative and managed 40+ national accounts, overseeing a team of art directors, graphic designers, and copywriters, ensuring team members grew professionally.

 

Served as Creative Director on dozens of new business pitches for multi-million-dollar brands with unprecedented win rates and was frequently selected to manage creative for accounts post-pitch.

 

Developed regional, national, and global Multi-Channel Omni-Commerce  programs across POS, digital, social, motion graphics, and e-commerce, delivering millions of impressions, resulting in organic account growth.

 

Hit 250K impressions and 100K+ entries, smashing 50K impression projection by driving the first mobile-first app-based promotion for a client who repeated promotion for three years due to massive engagement.

 

Partnered with Marvel Studios for two blockbuster movie releases, leading creative for two national Skittles promotions, including collaboration with NASCAR to design a car wrap for Kyle Busch’s No. 18.

 

Managed multiple 6-figure photoshoots for Skittles and Orbit, working closely with food stylists, photographers, and talent to ensure final deliverables met brand standards and had maximum appetite appeal.

 

As I look to the future, I’m excited to bring my experience to an in-house or agency team where I can build and scale a creative function that supports their go-to-market strategies and drives revenue growth while utilizing AI and other emerging technologies to create groundbreaking digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
